4. come up (일이) 생기다/발생하다

-Technically (따지고 보면)

at the last minute이지만 구어체에선 at the를 생략하고 쓰이기도 해요.

5. come from ~의 출신이다, ~에서 생겨나다, 비롯되다
    
She comes from a good family. 좋은 가정환경에서 자랐을 때

5-2. come from ~에서 생겨나다/비롯되다
-macmillian 사전: to be the result of something.

갑자기 상대가 이해되지 않는 말이나 행동을 했을 때 
-Collins 사전 : the reasons for someone’s behavior, opinions or comments
