*reach out: to try to communicate with a person or a group of people, usually in order to help or involve them.
                    (도움 요청 및 참여를 독려하기 위해 연락이 닿으려 노력하다)
*reach: to communicate with someone in a different place, especially by phone or email 
            (실제 연락이 닿고 소통하다)
==> 연락이 닿으려고 10번 reach out을 할 수 있지만 실제로 reach할 수 없을수도 있다.

1. reach out: to try to communicate / make an effort to communicate
  -연락이 닿으려 노력하고 시도한 것에 포커스
    
    I reached out to 6 more, and none of them would take my call.
    6명 더 연락해봤는데 아무도 내 전화를 안 받더라.
